No it just stopped making ice. Tray was empty which is why we thought maybe ice in tube. We also added water to tray to see if it would cycle, ice evaporated.
ANSWER Hello Dean! If you filled the ice maker ice mold with water and the ice maker did not eject any ice, you will need to make sure that the freezer is cooling properly. The temp should be 0-5 degrees. If the freezer is cooling properly, you will need a new ice maker. The part number is 2198597. Thanks!
