My Kitchen Aid Icemaker has stopped ejecting the ice. There is ice in the bottom. We have removed the unit to thaw. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

ANSWER Hello Steve, from your description you will need to replace the icemaker. If you found this icemaker with your model number then this will be the correct replacement. Thanks
