My frig & freezer are not getting cold. I cleaned the coils and let it sit over night. It's still doing the same thing. The compressor kicks on for about 20 seconds then turns off. My friend that use to do hvac work said it might have had a coolant leak that took these 2 years to leak down enough to effect it. He showed me a tarnished spot at a coupling on the line. It was the only spot tarnished. He also said he thinks it is going in to heat overload. What all could it be and how can I test what all it could be?
