Bought this fridge used, it cools and works well, but after only a few months I'm getting mold stains on the wall behind it and the left side sweats and is wet to the touch a lot. No leaks anywhere, the evaporator fan, heater, limit switch, drain, timer, etc. all good. The condenser fan though pulls air from beneath the fridge and blows it out the back, and with this fridge being in a nook, I think it's the moist air from the condensate tray causing this. Is the direction the fan's blowing normal? Thanks, Steve W.
ANSWER Hello Steve. Yes, the direction is correct. The manufacture recommends that the unit have space to breath and not be in an air tight space due to the condenser fan pulling the warm air out of the unit. If the moisture is coming from that issue, there isn't alot you can do for it.
