The fan starts and it sounds like the refrigerator is running, but it is not cooling. The compressor is also running hot.
ANSWER Hello, David
The first thing that you would want to check is the amp draw on the compressor. You would use amp probe on the blue wire coming from the compressor start relay. If you are drawing high amps 8 and above and compressor is not starting then you would need a new compressor W10160407. You also want to make sure that your condenser fan motor is operational. You should have 120vac coming into the fan motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
