I have a Maytag slip in electric oven. (circa 1995-96). It is aprox 15 years old. I am getting an F-3 error number. The model number is not on the door jam. What can I do with out the Model number? Thanks.
ANSWER Marvin, typically an F3 failure indicates a shorted or open oven temp sensor. To verify further and to verify the part number we will need the model number to your product. Here is the link to our model number locator tool to help you locate your model number. Thanks. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
