I have a whirlpool duet Model WFW8500SR00 I have a code of F-30 which says it is the dispenser switch/motor, I have changed it with new one it still just rotates and does not stop on a setting in wash modes. The after a time it flashes code. It will operate in rinse/spin cycle though

ANSWER Don, Before you replace a control board, Check or replace the linkage assembly parts for the dispenser : 8540393, 8540394, 8540395. Check and make sure there are no frayed or loose wire connections between the dispenser motor and the CCU. Check and make sure the diverter is not defective, hanging up, moves freely etc. Then conduct the manual test or the diagnostics overview test and check the dispenser operation.
