My washing machine will not work. The lights will not come on as if it has no power. The breaker did not kick, the reset button on outlet has been reset, the door is closed all the way. What could be the problem? Thank you.

ANSWER Hello Brooke. Test for power to the user interface. If there is power there, and the unit does not light up, you will need to replace the interface 8181905. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
