I have been having problems with the touch control pad. First the start button would not work but then I would turn off the breaker and a little later it would work. It worked for about a month, now I can see a few dim green lights on some of the settings but not all of them, and start does not work at all. I know you have a touch pad and a control panel replacement part I want to make sure I buy the part it needs. Please help.
ANSWER Rick, The most likely and common fault for your description is a control panel / keypad circuit failure 6-919831. If you have access to a multimeter, you can tets each keypad circuit for proper resistance using the tech data / wiring diagram located on the back side of the kick plate panel, in a plastic bag, if it hasn't been removed or lost. Good Luck and Thanks
