We replaced the front panel with another one just like the one we had. It is giving us the F2-EO code. We cannot get the ribbon cable to stay connected.
ANSWER Hello Marty, That is why you are getting the "F2-E0" code. It indicates the ribbon cable is not connected properly. Take a good look at the connector and see if you need to raise a tab before inserting the ribbon. Some you just insert the cable and some have a tab you raise, then insert the ribbon and close the tab. I'm not exactly sure which one yours is but I hope this helps. Thanks!
