I bought this item and I want to know what are the IN and the OUT used for? Is there any settings for the cold of the refrigerator? Please let me know because it's working fine except that from time to time the fridge stays on for more than an hour and then everything is back to normal. But I can see ice on the food in the fridge (not the freezer).
Thank you for your support
ANSWER Hi Fadi. The in/out points are what the manufacture uses to set the cut in and cut out temperature swings for the size of unit you have. This is not normally seen on most cold controls. These are preset from the factory and do not need any calibration. Make sure you have both settings on the mid point settings and not turned either up or down too much. You need a condenser cleaning brush to clean the condenser coils and make sure the condenser fan is running to normal fast speed along with the evaporator fan in the freezer. Condenser coil brush part # 4210463RW. Make sure all door gaskets are closing completely and no inner light bulbs are on. Please send us the exact model # to assist further. If this is a side by side, make sure the center divider, lower return flap inside the fresh food drawers is still intact so it does not allow any freezer air to migrate back into the fresh food area and freeze food. Thank You.
