Refrigerator nice and cold, but the freezer will only go down to
35 degrees. Cleaned everything, condenser fan running nicely.

ANSWER Winn, The temperature control, could be the issue. But first you need to check and make sure the freezer door and gasket are sealing, on all four sides, when the door is closed.
