The dryer is taking too long to dry...the vent is clean both inside the dryer and to the outside of the house. Repair man came today put some parts on it and still doesnt dry right. Said the cycle for fluff and timed drying isnt working at all so do you think it could be the timer???

ANSWER Hello Brenda. If the timer is bad, it can cause the unit not to heat properly. If there is no power from the timer to the heater, replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
