Fan stopped working. Oven still cooks just fine but planning on cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving. Any danger of cooking without the fan?

ANSWER John, No there is little to No "danger" using the oven without the cooling fan operational, It may even work long enough to cook a turkey. I would expect the control panel and control board to get "hot" and in that case, the control may shut down and go blank, or produce an error code. You will need to check for 120 VAC to the cooling fan motor when yopu program a bake or broil cycle. If the voltage is present, the control board is OK, and you need the blower assembly 4455334, if no voltage is present, you'll need the control board W10340935.
