Everytime my washer gets to the last spin cycle, my washer goes nuts. I stop it and rearrange the clothes, but nothing I do helps. I just can't take it no more and need to know what causes it. Please help. Thank you. Donna.
ANSWER Hi Donna . Use a putty knife to release the top hold down clips on the top corners of the front panel. Use grease lightly to install the new suspension rods on the inner corners of the top frame assembly. The part # is W10189077. This should help. Make sure that the unit is level and the leg nuts are locked tightly up against the base. Thank you.
