I think I over loaded my washer and broke the lower counter weight in the front. Im very handy and am sure im could fix this, but I was wondering if the front door seal has to come off. As i've heard that can be hard to put back on. Everything works but when it spins it goes out of control.

ANSWER Hello Mark. You will need to remove the door boot from the front panel, but not from the tub assembly. The toe panel and the front panel needs to be removed to replace the counterwieght W10200297. Hope this helps.
