The faucet connector blows off, the "hard" o-ring came off. Replaced the o-ring with a black "rubber" o-ring . The problem is still occurring. What to do next?
ANSWER Randy, Check and make sure the internal retainer ring "locks" into position, when the coupler ring is in the up position, a dab of "vaseline" may be needed to loosen the retainer ring, so it locks and unlocks properly when attached to the areator/adapter. Also check and make sure the adapter/areator W10254672 is not distressed, and properly installed.
