The problem is uneven cooling. When set to a temp on the top shelf of 40 deg the veggie drawers are about 35 or less. The veggies are wilting. Is there a circulating fan in these? Also, I hear a loud clunk sound sometimes. Not associated with the motor. It seems unnatural to what I would think of as normal noises. I don't know how the defrost cycle works if there is a sound when that works. Otherwise the fridge works fine, no frost or condensate. Thank You!
ANSWER Hello Bill,
This unit does have a circulation fan in the freezer compartment that circulates the air into the refrigerator section. There is a damper/thermostat assembly 67003410 which may be causing problems. This is a mechanical damper and may be the cause. It is in the top at the back of the refrigerator compartment. Also make sure you do not block any vents which could cause freezing in crisper drawers.
