I am getting moisture (condensation) in the fresh food area (ziplock-tupperware lids, etc.). I checked the seals and they all look good. I put a thermometer inside the meat/cheese drawer. The temperature is constant ranging from 32-33F inside the fresh food area. The freezer is cold and the ice maker is working, however, I have noticed a cluster of ice cubes forming towards the far left area of the tray (5-6 cubes semi melted and stuck together). I've tried to adjust the settings. What could be wrong? I cannot get rid of the sweating inside the lower compartment.
ANSWER Hello Alan,
This could be the result of the ice maker mold heater contacts sticking and evaporating the water from the ice mold and this moisture is being circulated by the fans. The fix for this is replacing the ice maker D7824706Q or the motor module W10190935 part of the ice maker. If this is the case, the mold heater has been electrically stressed so it would be my suggestion to replace the ice maker assembly.
