How do I put this dishrack roller and axle on?

ANSWER Hello Tony. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the upper basket from the dishwasher. You will uninstall the dishwasher, and remove the screws on the outer tub holding the rollers in place. Reinstall with the new rollers 8270019 in reverse order. Hope this helps.
