I got a washer from a neighbor who says the washer never had any problem. I installed it and I turned it on and no water fill up. I can hear a slight humming sound and I opened it and saw no water. I looked at the copper line and saw no kink in the line and the water supply is good can this be a water inlet valve issue?
ANSWER Hello William. If there is power to the water valve, and it does not fill, you will need to order and replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
