I recently replaced the fill valve in my washer, now it won't dispense from the bleach/fabric softener side of the drawer. The live chat rep recommended p/n AP3961971 softener dispenser. Will this solve my problem?

ANSWER Hello Leigh. I would suggest to replace the actuator assembly 8181723 if the water valve is new and is working properly on theunit.
