I have a dual water valve, one ice one water. Ice works fine water doesn't even make a sound or give water ?

ANSWER Hi Michael. First you will want to test the micro switch 2162361 Check at the valve, when the dispenser is pressed, and see if your getting voltage to the valve. If no voltage is present, the switch may be bad. If it's okay then you will need to replace the water valve 4318046. Hope this helps!
