After selecting a wash cycle and then start there is about a minute delay followed by the clean light blinking 6 times with a 2 sec pause followed by a single blink nothing runs . There is water in the bottom from not draining . Float moves fine. What do you think?

ANSWER Hi John. First use the tech sheet supplied with the unit in the kick plate or in the control panel area. I would use a volt/ohm meter part # TJMA-DM1 to assist. you in your diagnosis. Then put the unit in a diagnostic test mode so it will let you know the circuit where the issue is. The clean light blinking usually denoted the heating cycle fault. Look at the control board to see if there is a hole on the back side of the heater relay burnt open. Control board part # W10285178. Ohm out the heater circuit on the unplugged wire connector to that circuit. It should read through the closed thermal fuse part # W10258275 and the heater itself to make sure it is a closed circuit. Heater part # W10518394 should read 10-30 ohms. Thank You.
