I have replaced the heating element and the enclosed new motherboard. I now find that the water is not drained completely after any wash. I check the drain tube and it flows unimpeded directly to the drain underneath. Is the problem the board with changed cycles? Any suggestions?
ANSWER Hello Paul. No, check the drain hose for clogs. Also, make sure the drain pump is good on the unit. The sump is suppose to retain some water but should not be visible from the top of the unit.
