We replaced the gasket and it still leaks. What is the plastic part on the inside base of the door? If we replace this will it stop the leak?

ANSWER Hello Lynn. You will need to check and see if you can see where the unit is leaking from. It may be leaking around the dispenser assembly W10195174 or the air vent 8269259. Also make sure there is not to much soap inside the dishwasher causing the unit to make suds and overflow. Hope this helps.
