I have a gas range kitchen aid showing f5-e3 error code and touch pad nothing respond. Could it be the touch pad or the lock assembly?

ANSWER Hello Khai. Check for a lose of the ground on the unit. If the ground is good, you will need to replace the control 3191106. Hope this helps.
