Washer has stopped working. Power light is on. Door closes properly and will open when the door button is pressed. When I press the start button, I hear a single click a second or two later and then nothing else happens. Any trouble shooting suggestions would be much appreciated. Thx.

ANSWER Hello Larry,
I'm sorry but we have no information on the Asko line of appliances. I have serviced them in the past and if I were servicing this machine, I would check the door switch, the pressure switch, and the water inlet valve first. Other than the basic troubleshooting technique I have learned from my field experience, we can access no other information for you. I apologize and would look inside the unit for the wiring diagram so I would have a "map" to follow in pursuit of the issue.
