The plastic lever broke on lid switch. I ordered part WLP279347 new lever and switch. I am having trouble installing - installation instuctions say 691581 lever cannot be used on automatic washers. reuse old bracket. Is this part i ordered supposed to work on my washer? What bracket are they referring to?
