It fills just fine. when filling is finished,all I hear is a hum from the motor/pump area. What"s wrong?

ANSWER Chris, It could be as simple as something stuck in the impeller 8193951 or chopper assembly 8268383 It could also be a failed motor W10239404, but check for a "jammed" impeller first.
