Notice about 3 cups of water below machine on floor. Removed bottom panel. Inspected pump. Area around the seal of the pump drive shaft was damp/wet. I see that the "pump replacement" is now a "pump/motor assembly replacement". Any advice /comments you could provide? Can you advise degree of difficulty to replace the entire assembly?
ANSWER Hello Russ. The pump and motor assembly 285990 is not to hard to replace. Just lean the washer backwards and remove the bolts, hoses and wires going to the old pump and install the new pump and motor assembly.
