My washer stopped draining water. I have located the pump and drained all the water from the unit. I would like to know if this is a water pump failure. Buying the pump which is 115 + shipping . It could be an expensive error if this is not the solution. There is no errors reported in the front panel.

ANSWER Hello Tony. Test for power to the pump. If there is power there, and the pump does not drain, replace the pump 285990. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
