Were can I find the filter on my drain pump?

ANSWER Hello K.C.,
Remove the lower front cover on your unit and you will see the pump in the front at the very bottom. There is a cover that unscrews off of the front of the pump and the filter/trap is inside this. Be aware if the unit is full of water and this cover is removed, all of the water will run out in the floor. If the unit isn't draining, you need to remove as much of the water as possible before removing this cover. If the cover is too tight to remove by hand, to prevent breaking it, use the handles of a pair of pliers in the cover to turn it with. You can run a screwdriver between the pliers, (the jaw end), and use it as a lever to turn the pliers with. This will prevent breakage of the sump cover.
