Machine is not draining. Resistance on pump reads 21.8 ohms. Is this good? If so, do I need to test voltage too? Does machine have to be in drain mode when I do testing (this model does not show a drain mode so i'm not clear how to do a proper service test to check the voltage)? Thank you.
ANSWER Hello Nate. Yes, you need to test for voltage and look for clogs. You will need to be in drain mode and test the wires coming to the pump. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
