Mark: I have a neptune front loading washer and I washed a rug in it and now it won't drain. I guess I need to get at the drain pump to clean out the filter. How do I access the drain pump? Through the top, front, or back of the washer?

ANSWER Hello Mark. Open the door and remove the 4 screws on the inside edges of the front panel. Then, you can remove the door and the front panel off the unit. Now you can access and clean out the pump assembly 22003059. Hope this helps.
