ANSWER Hi Josh. If it a "heavy" thumping,the drum rollers are worn. The dryer repair kit is part # 4392067. Inspect the weld area of the drum to see if the weld is bad as it passes on the drum rollers. The drum is part # W10197999. The blower wheel assy. will make a scraping sound. This part # is 697772.
