Maytag modle sde4606ayw. Drum is not turning properly &clumps cloths together. If we lessen the load to about 1/2 the norm it will work i have already replaced the belt. Should i replace only the rear drum rollers or is there a kit for axel & roller replacement all @ once?
Also I see there is a front roller should it be replaced as well?
ANSWER Dudley, the rollers aren't going to be the issue, unless they make nosie, Youmamy want to check, clean, and lubriacte the shaft and roller bearings. You do want to check the tumbler RPM, place a piece of tape on the end of one of the baffles, select air dry/fluff and hold the door switch closed and start the dryer The drum should rotate at 50 RPM(+/- 2) If the RPM is in range, you'll need to review the loading instructions for the dryer, and / or install a Baffle Kit 12002559 to reduce the bunching up of the articles.
