I Replaced the pulley tensioner assembly and belt on the dryer. Now the dryer seems to start hard - like a power tool without soft start - and there is a 'hard' motor noise. Could this be the bearing on the motor? Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!!
ANSWER Hello Joe. Yes, it could be a sign of a bad motor. I would check and make sure everything is installed properly on the unit. If so, replace the motor assembly on the unit.
