When the Extra Low Temperate option (button) is selected, the dryer does not heat. In order to get any heat with this option selected, you must set the Temperature to Regular (high) in order for the heat to come on and dry clothes.
In other words, neither the Air Fluff, delicate, medium or any other setting below the Regular (hight) heat setting will work with the Extra Low Temperature option selected.
Please note the dryer other wise wors/heats in other settings.
I am trying to determine what part(s) to order.
ANSWER Paul, The cycling thermostat 3387134 operates when the high or medium heat is selected, if theres no heating issue on these selections then the issue is in the 33002409 ultra care thermostat or the 33002414 option switch. You'll need to check for closed circuit at the temperature switch (Red/3 to Blue/44) at the option switch (Blue /44 to White/43 and Blue/44 to Orange/28) when set in the ultra temp or extra low temperature setting. If the switch circuits are correct, and the other temperature settings work, then the wiring or the ultra care thermostat should be at fault.
