So the dryer thermo blew when a new 240v plug was installed and the wiring was incorrect. The part (326829 L150-25F) is no longer available. I believe I can use a 326801 L155-25F as a replacement. 1- Is this acceptable. 2- it clearly has 120v stamped on it. Does this mean it is for a 120v system, as in, I cannot use this on this dryer because it plugs into 240v? Thanks for the help!

ANSWER B,
You could not use a thermostat that is rated for 120 vac since this is a 240 vac.
