I think the technician I had forgot to install the felt seal on the front, he install the felt seal on the back and I can see that but I don't see the felt on the front....Should there be play on the tumbler when I push inside back to front...Would the felt seal stop this or is this normal?

ANSWER Hello Kathy. Yes, the drum should have a felt seal 33001807 on the front of the drum and the back of the drum.
