My dryer isn't heating up. I took a chance and replaced the igniter. The igniter is NOT glowing. I ran the dryer while apart and assumed I would see the igniter glow. What should I check next? I see your other posts but just wanted to see if there is something to look at because the igniter isn't glowing.
ANSWER Hello JFK. You will need to test the thermal fuse 279048 and the flame sensor 338906 and make sure they are working properly. They should read closed for continuity. Hope this helps.
