My whirlpool duet front load dryer lights will come on but when I push start the dryer doesnt go on. What do you think is up?

ANSWER Hello Tonya. You need to check the thermal fuse and the door switch. If bad, they will cause the issue you are having. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
