Do you have to remove the drum to replace the roller bearings, if so, what is best way to do this?
ANSWER Hello Dave. There is a way to replace the rollers without removing the drum. First disconnect the power and remove the front panel and the front bulk head assembly. Then pull the drum forward just a little bit and let it drop down in the back. Now you can access and replace the rollers LA-1008. Once installed, you will slide the drum back onto the top of the rollers and turn the drum by hand to center the belt on the unit. Then reassemble the dryer. Hope this helps.
