Dryer will come on and dry for a few minutes then cuts off. Once it cuts off, I press the start button to start the dryer again it makes an aggravating buzzing noise.

This sounds like you either have a bad winding in the motor or a bad bushing in the motor 279827. Either way, the motor is most likely the culprit in this case.
