ANSWER Mike, Are you sure you have 220-240 VAC at the outlet and at the terminal block ? Do you have 220-240VAC across the heater element terminals 279838 when the dryer is running and heating? You may have a faulty heater relay 3405281 or control board W10116564 not activating the relay, and allowing 120 VAC (L1 power) to the element and thermostats.
