I have changed all fuses, thermal cut off, cycling thermostat, etc. The heat stays on when the air only cycle is on and heater comes on when you set the timer, without hitting the start button.
ANSWER Hello Jamie. It sounds like the heater is grounded out and will need to be replaced. Check and see if the heater coil is touching metal and if so, replace the heater.
