Hello, I bought the thermal cutoff kit. I saw the instructions to use the dual clip to hook up the orange wire. I lost that clip. Can i just electrical tape the orange wire to the red one going into the Thermostat? Thanks

You would not want to electrical tape the wires together. You should get a proper connector and install using connector.
