Dryer runs and dries clothes but does not stop no matter where I put the timer. Do I need to replace the timer? Thanks.
ANSWER Hello TCR. If there is power to the timer motor, and it does not turn, and the off position does not work, replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
