My dryer isn't heating up to dry the clothes. I've ran a multi-meter on the heating element, fuse, and bottom thermostat on the heating element casing with readings on all. The fuse at the top of the heating element casing doesn't show a reading. I can't find this fuse on the website. Do you think that's the fuse that needs replacing and what is it called?

ANSWER Hey Greg, sounds like you have not tested all of the thermostats or fuses. On our website, look at item#6 279769, #15 3390291, #23 3392519, and #24 3387134. If any of these test "open", they need to be replaced. The pictures should help you identify them. Also, check your vent for any restrictions. That would be a likely cause for one or more of these to fail. Hope this helps!
